11 Friday which was filed openly be made confidential.

12 JUDGE AGIUS: Which one are you referring to?

13 MS. KORNER: The one that was filed I understand -- I hadn't

14 appreciated until after we left court on Friday that it had been filed.

15 It's the one that relates to the humanitarian organisation. I then want

16 to go into private session to discuss this.

17 MR. ACKERMAN: I agree with her request, Your Honour.

18 MS. KORNER: Your Honour, the reason that I have to do this is

19 unfortunately we were unable to reach the duty judge over the weekend as

20 his mobile phone wasn't left with security. It needs to be urgent so that

21 nothing -- we've contacted the press office, and we've contacted the

22 Outreach, but it needs to be urgently notified to them that this is not to

23 be released.

24 JUDGE AGIUS: So Mr. Ackerman, there is no objection on your

25 part?

Page 3455

1 Yes. The request -- the Prosecution's request motion is being

2 granted, and necessary steps must be taken immediately to notify the

3 Registry with this decision.

4 Shall we go straight into private session now?

5 MS. KORNER: Yes, please.

6 JUDGE AGIUS: So Madam Registrar, please let's go into private
