I, FAUSTO POCAR, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the expiration of the term of Judge Amin El Mahdi, a member of Trial Chamber I, effective 16 November 2005;

NOTING the assignment of Judge Liu Daqun, former member of Trial Chamber I, to the Appeals Chamber on 17 November 2005;

NOTING the composition of Trial Chamber I as set out in document IT/242 issued on 17 November 2005;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Christine Van Den Wyngaert to replace Judge Liu Daqun, and Judge Bakone Justice Moloto to replace Judge Amin El Mahdi in the present case;

AND ORDER that the Bench in Prosecutor v. Stjepan Seselj and Domagoj Margetic, Case No. IT-95-14-R77.3, shall now be composed as follows:
