I, Fouad Riad, Judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia,

CONSIDERING Rules 53 and 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (hereinafter "the Rules");

CONSIDERING the order of 3 April 1997 not to disclose the indictment against Slavko Dokmanovic;

CONSIDERING the order of 10 July 1996 not to transmit the warrant of arrest against Slavko Dokmanovic to the Republic of Croatia;

CONSIDERING the oral request of the Prosecutor dated 27 June 1997 lifting the non-disclosure order of 3 April 1996;

NOTING that the indictment was served on the accused on 27 June 1997 and that, consequently, Judge Fouad Riad, pursuant to Rule 54 of the Rules, issued a verbal order on that same day lifting the order of 3 April 1996;

NOTING that the accused was arrested and transferred to the Tribunal’s Detention Unit on 27 June 1997;

NOTING therefore that it is no longer necessary to transmit the warrant of arrest against Slavko Dokmanovic to the Republic of Croatia;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

CONFIRM my verbal order of 27 June 1997 to lift the non-disclosure order dated 3 April 1996;

REJECT the request of the Prosecutor that the above-mentioned warrant of arrest be transmitted to the Republic of Croatia.
