THE TRIAL CHAMBER,

CONSIDERING that Slavko Dokmanovic is presently in the custody of the International Tribunal;

CONSIDERING that the other three co-accused in the same indictment are still at large;

CONSIDERING the Prosecution Motion for an Order for Publication of Newspaper Advertisement and an Order for Service of Documents;

CONSIDERING in particular Article 29(2)(c) of the Statute;

HEREBY ORDERS that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia:

— effect personal service of the documents in Annex One to this Order on Mile Mrksic, born on 20 July 1947 in Kozarac, municipality of Vrginmost, in the Republic of Croatia;

— effect personal service of the documents in Annex Two to this Order on Miroslav Radic, born in 1960;

— effect personal service of the documents in Annex Three to this Order on Veselin Sljivancanin, born in 1953 near Zabljak, Montenegro;

HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall notify the Registrar without undue delay of the time and place of such service, and of the present whereabouts of the abovenamed Mile Mrksic, Miroslav Radic, and Veselin Sljivancanin;

HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that if it is impossible to effect personal service of any of the documents as required by this Order, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall notify the Registrar without undue delay of the circumstances rendering such service impossible;

HEREBY FURTHER ORDERS that the obligations under this Order are additional to the obligations of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia under any other order, summons, warrant or transfer order of this Tribunal, and in particular, are additional to the obligations under the arrest warrants directed to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia issued on 7 November 1995 by Judge Fouad Riad, and the international arrest warrants directed to all States and the Implementation Force (IFOR), issued on 3 April 1996 by a Trial Chamber consisting of Judge Claude Jorda, Judge Elizabeth Odio Benito and Judge Fouad Riad.
