NOTING THAT the application is made in connection with the non-disclosure of the identity of a witness as provided in Rule 75 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

PURSUANT TO RULE 79

AND WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES

HEREBY ORDERS that argument on the Prosecution Motion for Protective Measures shall be heard in closed session.
