I, Claude Jorda, President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (hereinafter "the International Tribunal"),

PURSUANT to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal (hereinafter "the Rules"),

NOTING the transfer of the accused Dragan Nikolic (hereinafter "the accused") to the seat of the International Tribunal on 21 April 2000,

IN CONSEQUENCE,

DECIDE to assign the case concerning the accused to Trial Chamber II composed as follows:

Judge David Hunt, Presiding

Judge Florence Mumba

Judge Daqun Liu

FURTHER DECIDE that, in accordance with Rule 62 of the Rules, the initial appearance of the accused shall take place forthwith before Trial Chamber II or one of its Judges.
