I, Judge Florence Mumba, Pre-Trial Judge in this case,

CONSIDERING it necessary for the regulation of the filing of and response to motions in this case,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDER that:

  1. With respect to pending and future motions, unless specifically ordered otherwise, the receiving party has fourteen calendar days from the date of the filing of the motion to file its response, if any.

  2. There will be no oral argument on the motion unless specifically requested by counsel for either party and approved by the Pre-Trial Judge or the Trial Chamber, taking into account the need to ensure a fair and expeditious trial.
