6 under Rule 15 bis, the Presiding Judge, Judge Delvoie, being absent
7 today.
8 Mr. Registrar, could you please call the case.
9 THE REGISTRAR: Good morning, Your Honours. This is case number
10 IT-04-75-T, the Prosecutor versus Goran Hadzic. Thank you.
11 JUDGE HALL: Thank you. And may I have the appearances, please.
12 MR. OLMSTED: Good morning, Your Honours. Matthew Olmsted and
13 Case Manager Thomas Laugel for the Prosecution.
14 MR. ZIVANOVIC: Good morning, Your Honours. For Goran Hadzic,
15 Zoran Zivanovic, lead counsel. Thank you.
16 JUDGE HALL: Thank you. And if there are no preliminary matters,
17 then I believe that we resume the cross-examination of Witness 016 that
18 was suspended in November, I believe it was. Could somebody remind me as
19 to whether this is a witness in closed session?
20 MR. OLMSTED: Yes, it is, Your Honour. This is a closed-session
21 witness.
22 JUDGE HALL: So we go into closed session to have the witness
