7 [Open session]
8 THE REGISTRAR: We're in open session, Your Honours.
9 JUDGE DELVOIE: Okay. Now we are in open session.
10 So what -- what I was conveying to you, Mr. Stringer, and to the
11 parties in general, is that the Court, unfortunately -- the Tribunal --
12 the Chamber - sorry - the Chamber, unfortunately, will not be able to sit
13 the week of 22nd of July. That probably -- I thought you were already
14 informed about that. That will probably change your -- your programme.
15 As -- as for now, I -- I see that, for tomorrow, we have 154; is
16 that right? Or is there a problem as well.
17 MR. STRINGER: That's the problem, Is that because 150 dropped
18 out, we were not able to get 154 accelerated. And so we're proposing,
19 then, to begin with GH-154's evidence first thing Wednesday morning which
20 we believe will not raise any issues with going beyond the end of
21 Thursday.
22 JUDGE DELVOIE: Indeed, it looks like two hear days will
23 perfectly suffice. So that means that for today we're done.
24 MR. STRINGER: Yes. Mr. President, if I could, just to clarify
25 for in the summer recess period, then, so that we would not be sitting
Page 6805
1 the week of the 22nd of July, but this is -- we are going to still, in
2 addition, be retaining the published summer recess which we've been going
3 on so that, just to, if I may, Mr. President, just confirm that we would
4 then expect to call our first witness on the 19th of August, which is ...
5 JUDGE DELVOIE: Yes. Yes, Mr. Stringer.
6 MR. STRINGER: Very well. Thank you, Mr. President.
7 JUDGE DELVOIE: Thank you.
8 If nothing else, Court adjourned
9 --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.00 p.m.,
10 to be reconvened on Wednesday, the 10th of July,
11 2013, at 9.00 a.m.
