I, O-GON KWON, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED as pre-trial Judge in this matter by virtue of an Order of the Trial Chamber dated 10 December 2001,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused held on 27 September 2001,

CONSIDERING the Decision on Request for Pre-trial Provisional Release issued by the Trial Chamber on 13 December 2001, granting provisional release to the accused, Sefer Halilovic,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

HEREBY SCHEDULE a status conference for Tuesday 8 January 2002, commencing at 10 a.m., and ORDER that the accused is not required to attend in person for the status conference but may be present through his duly authorised legal representative, as assigned by the Registrar of the International Tribunal.
