2 [Open session]
3 [Status Conference]
4 --- Upon commencing at 10.05 a.m.
5 JUDGE JORDA: [Interpretation] Please be
6 seated.
7 Mr. Registrar, please be sure the accused is
8 brought in, please.
9 [The accused entered court]
10 JUDGE JORDA: [Interpretation] So we shall
11 resume our witnesses hearing. I'm saying that to the
12 public, although there is none at the moment.
13 We are about to hear some more Defence
14 witnesses which will come and testify within the
15 framework of a sentencing hearing of Mr. Jelisic, who
16 has pleaded guilty of crimes against humanity and
17 violations of customs of war.
18 Mr. Nice, I see you're on your feet.
19 MR. NICE: I think two or three things I
20 wanted to raise.
21 First, in your order of the 5th of November,
22 the Defence were ordered to disclose the identities and
23 personal details of all the witnesses in question.
24 It may be preferable for this small passage
25 to be in private session.
1 JUDGE JORDA: [Interpretation] Fine. Let's do
2 so. Let us go into private session. I think that's
3 much better. In fact, let us have a small Status
4 Conference, if you will.
5 THE REGISTRAR: [Interpretation] We are now in
6 private session.
