I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the appeals lodged by Dario Kordić and Mario Cerkez on 12 March 2001 and by the Office of the Prosecutor on 13 March 2001 from the Judgement of Trial Chamber III in the case of The Prosecutor v. Dario Kordic and Mario Cerkez, dated 26 February 2001;

CONSIDERING the new composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in Document IT/215 of the International Tribunal ("Composition of the Appeals Chamber"), dated 13 June 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Inés Mónica Weinberg De Roca to the present case;

AND DETERMINE that the Appeals Chamber in case No. IT-95-14/2-A, The Prosecutor v. Dario Kordic & Mario Cerkez, will then be composed as follows:
