I, Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

NOTING the "Application for Leave to Pursue an Interlocutory Appeal of the Trial Chamber’s 25 June 1999 Decision Stating Reasons for Trial Chamber’s Ruling of 1 June 1999 Rejecting Defense Motion to Suppress Evidence" filed on 2 July 1999 by Defence Counsel for Dario Kordic ("Application for Leave to Appeal");

CONSIDERING Article 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 27 and 73 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules");

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal;

HEREBY DECIDE to assign the following Judges to the bench of the Appeals Chamber provided for under Rule 73 of the Rules for the purpose of deciding upon the Application for Leave to Appeal:
