THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED OF a "Motion of the Republic of Croatia for Extension of Time to Comply with the Trial Chambers Order of 4 February 1999", filed by the Republic of Croatia ("Croatia") on 17 September 1999 ("the Motion"), in which the Trial Chamber is requested to grant an extension of time until 18 October 1999 for Croatia to respond to the "Order to the Republic of Croatia for the Production of Documents" issued by the Trial Chamber on 4 February 1999 ("the Binding Order"),
NOTING the "Decision on the Request of the Republic of Croatia for Review of a Binding Order" issued by the Appeals Chamber on 9 September 1999 ("the Appeal Decision"), in which the requirement to execute the Binding Order was reinstated by the Appeals Chamber,
NOTING that the Appeal Decision set no time limit for Croatias compliance with the Binding Order,
CONSIDERING that good cause has been shown that an extension of time of thirty (30) days from the date of filing the Motion is reasonable,
PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY GRANTS THE MOTION AND ORDERS Croatia to comply with the terms of the Binding Order by 18 October 1999.
Done in English and French, the English text being authoritative.
