I, RICHARD MAY, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal")

CONSIDERING the indictment against Momcilo Krajisnik submitted by the Prosecutor, as amended and confirmed on 21 March 2000 by Judge Wald,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the accused to the International Tribunal on 3 April 2000,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the accused held before me on 7 April 2000 pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDER the detention on remand of Momcilo Krajisnik and enjoins the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order.
