THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of the "Defendants Application for the Postponement of the Status Conference" filed on behalf of the accused on 10 January 2001 ("the Request"), seeking a postponement of the status conference scheduled for Thursday 18 January 2001 for at least two weeks for reasons of the ill-health of defence counsel,
NOTING the "Prosecution Response to the Defendants Application for the Postponement of the Status Conference" filed on 11 January 2001, in which the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") indicated that it had no objection to such postponement,
CONSIDERING Rule 65 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules") which requires the Trial Chamber to convene a status conference within one hundred and twenty days of the last status conference and that the previous status conference in this case was held on 27 September 2000,
CONSIDERING also the reason given in the Request for postponement,
HEREBY ORDERS as follows:
