THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991,

NOTING the "Order for Testimony via Video-Conference Link” dated 25 May 2001 (“Order”), allowing the witnesses Bogdanovic Desanka, Bogdanovic Svetozar and Drakul Bozo to testify by means of video-conference link from Belgrade on 6 and 7 June 2001;

NOTING the oral motion to vary the Order made by counsel for Milorad Krnojelac on 28 May 2001, informing the Trial Chamber that Drakul Bozo is able to testify in person in The Hague and therefore does not need to testify via video-conference link;

NOTING the oral order made by the Trial Chamber on 28 May 2001 ("Oral Order"), varying the Order so that it applies only to Bogdanovic Desanka and Bogdanovic Svetozar;

PURSUANT TO Rule 71 bis of the Rules;

HEREBY CONFIRMS the Oral Order and varies the Order to allow Bogdanovic Desanka and Bogdanovic Svetozar to testify through video-conference link on 6 and 7 June 2001 from Belgrade;

Done in both English and French, the English version being authoritative.
