I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the appeals lodged by Radislav Krstic on 14 August 2001 and the Prosecution on 16 August 2001;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set out in Document IT/215 of the International Tribunal ("Composition of the Appeals Chamber"), dated 13 June 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal;
NOTING that Rule 27(C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules") provides that "The President may at any time temporarily assign a member of a Trial Chamber or of the Appeals Chamber to another Chamber";
PURSUANT TO Rule 27(C) of the Rules of the International Tribunal;
HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Wolfgang Schomburg to replace Judge David Hunt in the present case;
AND DETERMINE that the Appeals Chamber in case No. IT-98-33-A, The Prosecutor v. Radislav Krstic, will then be composed as follows:
