1. On 4 November 2003, the Defence filed confidentially a "Supplemental Motion to Present Additional Evidence Pursuant to Rule 115." The Defence seeks to present, as additional evidence, the evidence given by Mr. Dragan Obrenovic in the case of Prosecutor v. Blagojevic, No. IT-02-60-T.
2. The evidentiary hearing in this appeal is scheduled for Friday, 21 November 2003. To enable the Appeals Chamber to properly consider the Defence motion prior to the evidentiary hearing, I HEREBY ORDER, pursuant to Rules 65ter(K), 107 and 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal, that the Prosecution shall file its response to the Defence motion no later than Tuesday, 11 November 2003.
