NOTING that at the previous Status Conference, which was held on 24 September 1999, it was indicated that the final Status Conference would be held sometime in early November 1999,

CALLING UPON the parties to do everything in their power, including agreeing on admitted facts and points of law, to assist the Trial Chamber in ensuring that the trial can commence in early February 2000 and conclude expeditiously,

PURSUANT to Rule 65 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDERS that the next Status Conference be held on Wednesday, 10 November 1999 at 16:00.
