I, Wang Tieya, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

ACTING as Duty Judge in pursuance of sub-Rule 28 (C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal;

NOTING the arrest of the accused Zoran Vukovic ("accused") on or about 23 December 1999, and his transfer to the jurisdiction of the International Tribunal on 24 December 1999;

NOTING the "Order Granting Leave to File an Amended Indictment and Confirming the Amended Indictment and Order for the Filing and Issue of Indictment and Warrants under Seal pursuant to Rule 53", issued ex parte and under seal by a Judge of the International Tribunal on 7 October 1999, in respect of the present case;

NOTING the "Request to a Judge to Allow Disclosure of the Amended Indictment", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 28 December 1999, wherein it is submitted that, following the arrest and transfer of the accused, there is no longer a need or requirement that the amended Indictment and supporting documentation remain under seal, and that an order is requested to allow the public disclosure of the amended Indictment, supporting materials, and arrest warrants ("Request");

HEREBY GRANTS the Request.
