TRIAL CHAMBER II of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");
CONSIDERING the Confidential Order on On-Site Visit and Annexes issued by this Chamber on 13 October 1998;
CONSIDERING the importance of informing the public as to the contents of the Order and the Rules of Conduct thereto attached as Annex 3;
CONSIDERING nonetheless the importance of retaining confidentiality over Annexes 1 and 2 to the said Order;
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,
LIFTS the confidentiality of the above-mentioned Order and of Annex 3 so that they may be disclosed to the public.
