THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of the "Prosecution’s Motion to Amend Consolidated Indictment Schedules A through F, the Rule 65 ter Witness Summaries and the Pretrial Brief Incident Summaries," filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 30 August 2004 ("the Prosecution Motion"),

BEING SEISED also of "Dusko Knezevic’s Motion for Extension of Time" filed on 14 September 2004 ("Motion") seeking an extension of time to 30 September 2004 in which to file a response to the Prosecution Motion,

NOTING that, pursuant to Rule 126 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Triubnal ("the Rules"), responses to the Prosecution Motion were due to be filed by all Defence teams no later than 12 September 2004,

NOTING that the Defence for Dusko Knezevic filed a response to the Prosecution Motion on 22 September 2004 ("the Knezevic Response") and that none of the other defence teams has filed a response, nor sought an extension of time in which to do so,

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution Motion relates to the structure of the indictment in this case and that it would be in the interests of justice and judicial economy for the Trial Chamber to know the position of each of the Defence teams in response to the proposed amendments,

PURSUANT TO Rule 126 bis of the Rules

HEREBY ACCEPTS the Knezevic Response as timely filed and ORDERS the other Defence teams to file their responses to the Prosecution Motion, if any, no later than Friday 8 October 2004.
