NOTING the Defendant’s Motion For A Prosecutorial Code Of Conduct filed on 29 April 1998 ("Motion"), the Response to the Motion filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") filed on 4 May 1998, the Defendant’s Substitute Motion For A Prosecutorial Code Of Conduct filed on 5 May 1998 ("Substitute Motion") and the Response to the Substitute Motion filed by the Prosecution on 7 May 1998,

HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties on 11 May 1998 and having ruled on the Substitute Motion at that time, reserving its written decision to a later date,

CONSIDERING that the relief sought by the Defence is neither warranted in this particular case nor within the power of this Trial Chamber to order in respect of all cases before the International Tribunal,

HEREBY DENIES the Substitute Motion.
