9 This is the case IT-09-92-T, The Prosecutor versus Ratko Mladic.
10 JUDGE ORIE: Thank you, Mr. Registrar.
11 As the parties may be aware, Courtroom I is still causing all
12 kind of technical problems which requires, to some extent, rescheduling.
13 I think we announced already that we would sit on tomorrow in the
14 afternoon. It has its effect on Friday. On Friday, we'll have a late
15 start, most likely at around 10.30, and the time we lose in the morning,
16 this one hour, we'll gain that by continuing a bit longer in the early
17 afternoon. There is a possibility that, for the last hour, that the
18 Chamber will have to sit under Rule 15 bis, but we'll see that.
19 Having said this, we turn into closed session, and we'll remain
20 in closed session, most likely, for the remainder of the day.
21 And could the witness be escorted into the courtroom, once we are
22 in closed session.
