I, Wolfgang Schomburg, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED pre-trial Judge in the present matter by the "Order Appointing a Pre-Trial Judge" issued by Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal on 18 June 2002,

PURSUANT TO Rule 65 ter (I) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY INVITE the parties in this case to attend a Rule 65 ter (I) meeting in my office on Wednesday, 4 September 2002, commencing at 5:00 p.m.
