I, Elizabeth Odio Benito, Judge of Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia,

BEING SEIZED of a "Request for Amendment to the Scheduling Order of 25 January 1997" filed on behalf of the accused, Zejnil Delalic on 14 February 1997 and a "Motion for Enlargement of Time in which to File Pre-trial Brief" filed on behalf of the accused, Esad Landzo on 18 February 1997 (together "the Applications"),

CONSIDERING that the interests of justice in this case require that the Prosecution be heard,

PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDER the Prosecution to respond to the Applications by 20 February 1997.
