THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991;

PURSUANT TO RULE 54,

HEREBY ORDERS that commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 6 October 1997, the Trial Chamber shall hear oral arguments on the following motions:

(i) "Motion for Warning Pursuant to Rule 46(A) and to Inform Professional Body Pursuant to Rule 46(B) and for Disclosure of Document" jointly filed by the Defence on 2 September 1997, (Official Record at Registry Page ("RP") D5055 - D5065); and

(ii) "Confidential Motion to Allow . . . [certain witnesses] to give their Testimony by Means of Video-link Conference" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 26 September 1997 (RP D5189 - D5192).
