The Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Appeals Chamber’s Order of 12 February 1999 in which the time for the filing of Appellate Briefs in the present case was extended until 2 July 1999;

NOTING ALSO the Appeals Chamber’s Decision on Motion to Preserve and Provide Evidence, issued on 22 April 1999, in which the Appeals Chamber denied a Motion to Preserve and Provide Evidence filed by Counsel for Esad Landzo on 4 February 1999;

BEING SEISED of a Second Motion to Preserve and Provide Evidence, filed by Counsel for Esad Landzo on 12 May 1999, and Appellant-Cross Appellee’s Second Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief, filed by Counsel for Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo on 26 May 1999 (together "Motions");

CONSIDERING the need to be further assisted by the Parties;

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

1. The Office of the Prosecutor shall file a brief in response to the Motions no later than 4 June 1999,

2. Counsel for Esad Landzo, Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic may file a brief in reply no later than 8 June 1999.

After which time the Appeals Chamber may rule on the Motions without further submissions from the Parties.
