NOTING the "Prosecution’s Response to Motion by Zejnil Delalic for Production of Documents" filed on 23 July 1999;

CONSIDERING the "Withdrawal of Motion for Production" filed on 27 July 1998, in which Zejnil Delalic moves the Appeals Chamber to withdraw his Motion for Production ("Motion for Withdrawal");

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion for Withdrawal;

AND DISMISSES the Motion for Production.
