I, Carmel Agius, Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber II of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

NOTING the Indictment in the case The Prosecutor v.Vinko Pandurevic, confirmed by Judge Mumba on 2 November 1998;

NOTING that Vinko Pandurevic was transferred to the seat of the Tribunal on 23 March 2005;

NOTING the Order by the President of the Tribunal of 23 March 2005 assigning the case against Vinko Pandurevic ("Accused") to Trial Chamber II;

CONSIDERING that it is in the interests of justice and of an expeditious trial to appoint a judge of the Trial Chamber for the purpose of the initial appearance;

PURSUANT TO Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal;

HEREBY DESIGNATE Judge Jean-Claude Antonetti, as Judge of Trial Chamber II for the initial appearance of Vinko Pandurevic.
