 9                           [Open session]

10             THE REGISTRAR:  We are back in open session, Your Honours.

11             JUDGE MOLOTO:  Thank you very much.

12             The Trial Chamber has considered the arguments advanced by the

13     parties and finds that the Prosecution has established that there exists

14     an objectively grounded risk to the security or welfare of the witness or

15     the witness's family.  The Trial Chamber further finds that the requested

16     protective measures are appropriate for the protection of the witness.

17     The motion is therefore granted.

18             The Trial Chamber orders that the witness shall testify in closed

19     session.  Furthermore, the Trial Chamber, proprio motu, assigns pseudonym

20     to be assigned by the registrar to the witness and orders that he shall

21     be referred to by this pseudonym during his testimony and in all public

22     Tribunal documents.

23             Thank you.  That's the end of the decision.

24             I'm not quite sure how you go about assigning the name.  MP what?

25             MR. HARMON:  Are we in closed session, Your Honour?  I'm not sure

Page 2591

6     move into closed session again.
