16             THE REGISTRAR:  We are back in open session, Your Honours.

17             JUDGE MOLOTO:  Thank you.

18             Do you have anything to say, Mr. Guy-Smith?

19             MR. GUY-SMITH:  Yes, I do, Your Honour.  Thank you.

20             JUDGE MOLOTO:  You may do so.

21             MR. GUY-SMITH:  I'm wondering if before today's session is over

22     we can get some clarification with regard to when we are recommencing

23     after the break.  And the reason I'm asking that question is because the

24     witness who we had been informed would be the next witness apparently is

25     not going to be available, and I don't know whether or not that changes

Page 8492

1     the schedule or not; and with regard to anybody's preparation and travel

2     plans, it does make some difference to us.  So if we could get some

3     information from the Prosecution, we'd appreciate it.

4             JUDGE MOLOTO:  From the Prosecution, as to when we are

 5     recommencing?

6             MR. GUY-SMITH:  When their next witness is going to be available

7     because it may directly affect when we are going to recommence.  There

8     may be a matter for the Chamber's consideration in that regard.

9             MR. HARMON:  Your Honour, I need to consult with Mr. Thomas.  I

10     will consult with him immediately after court and I will advise the Court

11     and counsel of the state of play.

12             JUDGE MOLOTO:  Right.  Now, I can tell you that recess ends on

13     the 16th of August.  This matter is going to be postponed to the 17th of

14     August.  Court adjourned.

15                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 10.12 a.m.

16                           to be reconvened on Monday, the 17th day of

17                           August, 2009, at 2.15 p.m.
