10 Let me begin by providing a very brief summary of recent
11 decisions and orders issued by the Appeals Chamber in this case.
12 One: On 24th May, 2013, the Appeals Chamber issued a public
13 decision denying Radovan Karadzic's immediate access to the designated
14 non-privileged material in the possession of the Office of the
15 Prosecutor.
16 Two: On 18 July, 2013, Judge Robinson, Pre-Appeal Judge, issued
17 a public order relating to Radovan Karadzic's 17 July 2013 motion
18 requesting the rescission of protected measures for
19 Witness Milomir Savcic, instructing the Victim and Witnesses Section of
20 the Tribunal to consult with the witness.
21 And three: On 24th July, 2013, the Appeals Chamber issued a
22 public decision rescinding these protective measures for the Karadzic
23 proceedings.
24 I will now provide a very brief summary of the status of the
25 pending motions before the Appeals Chamber in this case.
Page 57
1 The Appeals Chamber is currently seized of two motions: One,
2 Mr. Popovic's third, motion pursuant to Rule 115, filed on 15 August,
3 2011; and two, Mr. Popovic's fourth motion, pursuant to Rule 115, filed
4 on 19 September, 2011. All responses and replies have been received by
5 the Appeals Chamber and the motions remain under consideration by the
6 Chamber.
7 That covers the summary of pending motions. If there are any
8 matters to be raised by counsel, we can do that after I have heard from
9 the Appellants on the status of their health.
10 May I now ask the Appellants whether they wish to raise any
11 concerns regarding their health or the condition of their detention.
12 If I may start with Mr. Popovic. Do you have any issues to raise
13 in this connection?

15 nothing to say. So far everything is good.

13 at this time, Your Honour.
