TRIAL CHAMBER I ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the arrest of the accused Ivica Rajic in Croatia on 5 April 2003 and his transfer to the seat of the Tribunal on 24 June 2003,

PURSUANT to Rule 64 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDERS the detention on remand of Ivica Rajic,

INSTRUCTS the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to detain the accused until further order and,

CONFIRMS that 24 June 2003 shall be the date from which for any purposes it shall be recorded that the Accused has been in the custody of the Tribunal.
