8 THE REGISTRAR: Good afternoon Your Honours, this is the case

9 number IT-95-12, the Prosecutor versus Ivica Rajic.

10 JUDGE VAN DEN WYNGAERT: Thank you very much.

11 Mr. Rajic, can you understand me?

12 THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] I am not receiving the

13 interpretation.

19 MR. SCOTT: Good afternoon, Madam President, Your Honours. My

20 name is Kenneth Scott. I appear on behalf of the Prosecutor. I am joined

21 today by Ms. Josee D'Aoust, and also our case manager, Skye Winner. Thank

3 Before turning to the subject matter of today's hearing, this

4 Court has to address a preliminary question, which follows a motion that

5 has been brought by the Defence concerning private matters relating to the

6 situation of Mr. Rajic. Since this was a confidentially filed motion, we

7 are now turning into private session for a little while.

5 submitted to the Trial Chamber before starting the sentencing hearing, the

6 Trial Chamber has decided to suspend the hearing and the hearing is now

7 adjourned.
