7 THE REGISTRAR: Good afternoon, Your Honours. This is case
8 number IT-03-67-T, the Prosecutor versus Vojislav Seselj.
9 JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] Thank you, Madam Registrar.
10 Today we are Tuesday, the 8th of July, 2008. I would like to
11 greet the representatives of the Prosecution, Mr. Seselj, as well as all
12 the people assisting us in the courtroom.
13 We are running somewhat late, but this is due to the fact that
14 the preceding trial had to run until five minutes past 2.00. This is why
15 we are running late.
16 From what I understood, Mr. Seselj had a few procedural issues
17 had to address. You have the floor, Mr. Seselj.
18 THE ACCUSED: [Interpretation] I have only one procedural issue,
19 but it concerns this witness. Therefore, you will decide whether it's
20 going to be in open or closed session. I'm not going to mention his
21 name.
