THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a request for extension of time filed on 29 October 1999 by counsel for the accused, Dragan Kolundzija ("the Request"), seeking an extension of time of ten days in which to file preliminary motions pursuant to Rule 72 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"),

CONSIDERING the reasons given in support of the Request, in particular, the need to consider the Decision of the Trial Chamber on the Prosecutor’s Motion for Joinder issued on 19 October 1999,

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules,

HEREBY GRANTS the Request and ORDERS that the Defence for the accused, Dragan Kolundzija shall have until Monday 8 November 1999 to file preliminary motions pursuant to Rule 72 of the Rules.
