THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING that pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"), the initial appearance of the accused, Dragan Kolundija, took place on 29 September 1999, and the initial appearance of the accused, Damir Doen, took place on 8 November 1999,
CONSIDERING that, pursuant to Rule 65 bis of the Rules, a status conference must be held within one hundred and twenty days of the initial appearance of an accused,
