THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Request for leave to file a reply to ‘Prosecution’s response to accused Damir Dosen Preliminary Motion’", filed on behalf of the accused, Damir Dosen, on 28 December 1999, seeking leave to file a reply and requesting oral argument on the Preliminary Motion,

NOTING the Order for Filing of Motions issued by the Trial Chamber on 2 December 1999,

NOTING also the Scheduling Order issued by the Trial Chamber on 20 December 1999, scheduling oral argument on all preliminary motions filed pursuant to Rule 72 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal for Monday 24 January 2000 at 2.30 p.m.,

HEREBY GRANTS leave and ORDERS the Defence for Damir Dosen to file its reply by Monday 17 January 2000.
