I, RICHARD MAY, Judge of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of "Kolundzija’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Defense Pre-trial Brief" filed by the Defence for Dragan Kolundzija on 1 November 2000, in which an extension of the time-limit to file the Defence pre-trial brief until 15 November 2000 is requested,

NOTING the Scheduling Order issued on 22 September 2000, which set Friday 3 November 2000 as the time-limit for the filing of the Defence pre-trial brief,

NOTING that a pre-trial conference pursuant to Rule 73 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("the Rules") is scheduled in this case on 22 November 2000,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 65 ter of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDER that the Defence shall file its pre-trial brief pursuant to Rule 65 ter (F) of the Rules by Friday 10 November 2000.
