THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Prosecution’s Request for Extension of Time Pursuant to Rules 127", filed 2 May 2005 ("Motion"), requesting the Trial Chamber to vary the time limit to file a request for certification of an Oral Ruling rendered on 25 April 2005 to seven days after the filing of the decisions on the "Prosecution Motion for Reconsideration of the Trial Chamber’s Refusal to Admit Certain Prosecution Exhibits During the Defence Case", filed 15 March 2005, and "Prosecution’s Request for Certification Pursuant to Rule 73(B)", filed 16 March 2005,

CONSIDERING that (1) the grounds upon which the Prosecution has stated that it will seek certification are untenable and (2) the Prosecution, under the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"), has already had adequate opportunity in the time since the Oral Ruling to request certification,

CONSIDERING that, therefore, the Prosecution has not demonstrated good cause for the Trial Chamber to grant to Motion,

PURSUANT to Rules 54 and 127 of the Rules,

HEREBY DENIES the Motion.

Done in both English and French, the English text being authoritative.
