THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEIZED OF an oral request by the Accused for access to video recordings of the entirety of these proceedings, and an "Assigned Counsel Request for a Trial Chamber Order to Disclose to the Accused Video and Audio Recordings of Proceedings", filed on 13 July 2005, in which Assigned Counsel seek, on behalf of the Accused, an order from the Trial Chamber for "disclosure to the Accused of recordings of all hearings to that time in both audio and video format",
