BEING SEISED of a "Brief on the Provision of Adequate Facilities to Allow the Accused to Defend Himself" filed by the Amici Curiae on 1 March 2002 ("the Amici Brief"),
CONSIDERING the right of the accused to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defence pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 4, of the Statute of the International Tribunal
