I, Amin El Mahdi, Judge of Trial Chamber I of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Trial Chamber");

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED Pre-Trial Judge in this case;

BEING SEISED of the "Prosecution’s Motion to Request a Vacating of Scheduling Decision of 9th October", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecutor") on 6 November 2003 ("Motion");

CONSIDERING that according to the Decision Granting the Prosecutor’s Motion for Extension of Time of 9 October 2003 ("Decision") the Prosecutor was required to file her Pre-trial Brief today;

NOTING that the Prosecutor filed a motion for leave to amend the Second Amended Indictment ("Indictment") on 7 November 2003;

HEREBY GRANTS the Motion and vacates the Decision.
