I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991,

NOTING the Indictment in The Prosecutor v Gojko Jankovic et al.;

NOTING that the Registry has advised that the Accused, Gojko Jankovic, has been detained and transferred to the seat of the Tribunal pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

NOTING that Rule 62 requires that the President of the Tribunal forthwith assign the case to a Trial Chamber;

HEREBY ASSIGN, effective immediately, the present case to Trial Chamber I.
