THIS APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
BEING SEISED of an oral application made on behalf of Dusko Tadic as an interested party in these proceedings on 6 September 1999 ("the Motion") seeking protective measures in respect of one of the witnesses to be called by the Appeals Chamber, as identified in the Motion,
HAVING HEARD the arguments of the parties in respect of the witness in open session on 6 September 1999,
CONSIDERING that the relief requested in the Motion is appropriate for the privacy and protection of the witnesses but is still consistent with the rights of Mr. Vujin, prior counsel in this matter,
