HAVING CONSIDERED the Request for a Modification of the Appeals Chamber Order of 22 January 1998 filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Respondent") on 13 February 1998, seeking an extension of time in which to file a reply to the Appellant’s Brief in Relation to Admission of Additional Evidence on Appeal under Rule 115 ("the Motion") and the reasons given for such request,

NOTING the Scheduling Orders of the Appeals Chamber of 22 January and 2 February 1998,

PURSUANT TO Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY GRANTS THE REQUEST and VARIES its Order of 22 January 1998 such that the Respondent shall have until Monday 9 March 1998 to file its response to the Motion.
