 2                           [Open session]

 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 2.24 p.m.

5             JUDGE FLUEGGE:  Good afternoon to everybody in the courtroom and

6     those who are listening and watching the proceedings.

7             First of all, our apologies for the delayed start.  We had to

8     discuss some procedural matters we have to discuss now.  At the outset of

9     today's hearing, the Chamber would like to note that no hearings were

10     held last week due to the fact that the Chamber, together with

11     representatives of the Prosecution and the Defence was on a site visit

12     carried out pursuant to a confidential decision taken by this Chamber on

13     the 2nd of July, 2010.

14             Before the next witness is brought in, there were -- there are a

15     few matters that should be disposed of with regard to the mode of

16     testimony of this witness.  The witness will be heard in closed session.

17     Therefore, we move now into closed session.

10                           [Open session]

11             THE REGISTRAR:  We are in open session, Your Honour.

12             JUDGE FLUEGGE:  Thank you very much.  Perhaps we can get

13     information from the Prosecution, Mr. McCloskey, if there will be another

14     witness available today or tomorrow.

15             MR. McCLOSKEY:  Yes.  Good evening, Mr. President, everyone.  We

16     have a witness that will be available for tomorrow first thing.  He's a

17     bit older and was getting tired and we had a longer -- a three-hour

18     estimate, so he's been sent home, but he should be ready to go, I'm told,

19     first thing tomorrow afternoon.

20             JUDGE FLUEGGE:  Thank you very much.  In that case, we have to

21     adjourn for today, and we will resume tomorrow in the afternoon, 2.15 in

22     this courtroom.  We adjourn.

23                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 5.54 p.m.,

24                           to be reconvened on Tuesday, the 19th day

25                           of October, 2010, at 2.15 p.m.
