To start the on-line application process, applicants will be required to register by opening a UN account. Inspira has separate portals for internal and external applicants. Internal staff may register through http://inspira.un.org, while external applicants may register through http://careers.un.org.

After opening the account, applicants may apply for job openings using the application.. Once the application has been completed for a particular vacancy it can be saved and used for future applications. The application may be modified as necessary for future job openings. When completing the application please note that all fields marked with an asterisk must be completed.

For UN staff members, with submission of an application, they will have the ability to attach their last two Performance Appraisal System evaluations in Inspira. Once an application has been submitted, it will be transmitted to the appropriate office for review.
